| Fridge-to-go® Partners with CrittersInc for the New Children¡¦s Diabetes Pack! |

FVÆ |
Hong Kong, (February 24, 2005)¡XKADO Industrial Co. Ltd. Is proud to announce the Fridge-to-go® business unit has partnered with Critters Inc., a US based company dedicated to children with diabetes.
Fridge-to-go® will leverage its patented chilling technology by incorporating it into each of the Critters Inc. ¡§Children¡¦s Diabetic Packs¡¨ which comes with a backpack, diabetes bag, insulin case, children¡¦s handbook, medical wristband and a jump rope.
The Fridge-to-go® portion, which is located in the Diabetic Bag, can hold supplies such as needles, glucagon emergency kit, glucose gel, glucose tablets, and an extra site change for pumps. Also included in the diabetes bag is a Fridge-to-go ® insulin pack that will keep two vials of insulin cold for up to 8 hours. The small pocket on the outside of the Diabetes bag is for your meter. This makes the meter very accessible, and convenient to use.
The Diabetes Bag quite simply and securely snaps onto the backpack making it very convenient for a day at school or any activity ensuring your child has all the diabetic supplies readily available in this all-in-one system.
"With over 18 million diabetics in the US alone, and an increase at an alarming rate, those of us in a position to deliver both education and a solution should make it priority number one¡¨, said Brent J. Simon, KADO Vice President of World-Wide Sales & Marketing. "CrittersInc¡¦s focus and first hand knowledge in Juvenile Diabetes along with their New Children¡¦s Diabetes Pack are really going to make a difference.¡¨
"The Children¡¦s Diabetes Pack and Fridge-to-go are a natural combination¡¨, said Dana Sheppard, CrittersInc. Founder & President. ¡§It eliminates the need for bulky coolers for the insulin, while allowing the child to carry what he or she needs just like anyone else. The backpack is attractive as well as functional, and may very well become the envy of the child's friends."
Dana further comments ¡§CrittersInc. is a company dedicated to children. The main focus to date has been to assist children with Type I Diabetes. The Children¡¦s Diabetes Pack has been a "Labour of Love" and a very exciting project. We look forward to a continued relationship with KADO and the Fridge-to-go as part of this specially designed pack.¡¨
