Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, subject to product availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and when it ships.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our customer service team at cs@fridge-to-go.com or +852-2605-7730 (WhatsApp available). Once shipped, orders are subject to our return policy.
2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide, except to Australia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Shipping availability may vary based on product.

Shipping Methods: For orders outside Hong Kong, we ship via FedEx. For orders within Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, we ship via SF Express.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected. Any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by location and shipping method. While we aim to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships, where available.
3. Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility: We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the absolute right to determine whether a product is eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at cs@fridge-to-go.com or +852-2605-7730 (WhatsApp available) for a return authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
