  • Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide, except to Australia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Shipping availability may vary based on product.

  • Shipping Methods: For orders outside Hong Kong, we ship via FedEx. For orders within Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, we ship via SF Express.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected. Any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by location and shipping method. While we aim to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
